The Coolest Cat I Ever Did See

Whilst browsing in Fopp in Covent Garden today I came across this rather nattily dressed man. He looked as though he was in 80's age wise, but he dressed like someone from the 1930's (which I presume is when he was born). And as Jim Carrey would have said in The Mask, he was 'Smokin'.
